Life Sucks, Dickhead!

I.
Funny how a romantic becomes a misogynist
Like a chameleon who can't control his defenses
Or a homeless man who wants nothing but an embrace
Knowledge is power, this is true
It is a weapon I use against the Goddess
Before turning it on myself

II.
Sick of sickness and tired of lethargy
I focus my taste on the patches in the atmosphere
And listen to the drum circle below the bones
They gasp for sympathy and understanding
I drown them out with cigarette smoke

III.
Complacent are we, prisoners of eagles
Trapped in suburban cells
Slaves to ourselves and the dreams of vertical highways
We were just pirates, stealing weightless objects
We were just bluejays, dropping our feathers in the machine
Never noticing the world becoming darker
Or the government boarding up our windows

Suicide Notes For Dummies

Hey Fuckers,

You're probably surprised at this gruesome mess before you. Never would have crossed your mind that it would come to this, did it? Now that I got that last bit of sarcasm out of my system, hi! How are you? As you can see, I'm not doing too well. I'm dead! Why did I do it you're asking? Well, that's a funny story (but not really).

You see, I've always felt alone. Even surrounded by close friends. It must be how Justin Bieber feels when he's not around prepubescent twinks. Speaking of him/her, why is it that people like it have so much money when people with actual talent and good qualities clutch pennies like a hypochondriac trying to keep a cold? Seriously, I've spent most of my life being terrified of dying. Which makes this whole situation ironic...maybe. I was never clear on what true irony is.

You're probably getting bored reading this. I was pretty bored writing it. So, here is where I give away my possessions. Or else I would if I had anything worth giving away. Someone might want an Xbox 360 with barely working controllers, an 8 year old PC, and a few pennies. But deciding who would get what would take too much effort and fuck that. So you can all bicker and fight for them. Kind of like what you did when I was alive.

Well I feel as if I've said enough here. That and I can't think of anything else that's remotely interesting to say. It was nice knowing you (okay, I liked earlier when I said that was my last bit of sarcasm). Have a nice life. I hope it eats you alive like it did trying to gnaw through my fat ass.

Fuck you,
Bobby

P.S. Sorry about the messy corpse.
P.P.S. On second thought, no. I'm not.

Skumpet

They tell me you were some kind of God
That you could turn sewage into nitrous oxide
Grow forests just by touching the ground
I only knew you for a couple of years
And back then I was blind from a star's glow
Until it collapsed and destroyed this world
Now I see everything and everyone except you
A witness to what this universe devolves into
Since you're not here to shield it from itself
It shatters the heart knowing how quickly deities die
How they can prevent the apocalypse itself
With nothing but words and an embrace in blood

Ashley

Five years gone since her disappearence and I'm brought back to the last place I or anyone else saw her on this bench below the skinned trees. She limped on the shattered sidewalk below the spitting sky and sat down next to me. "I saw the universe get eaten again last night," she told me, "and I think the black hole is growing in my veins." I caressed her and gave a slight "shh," looking over the bleeding bones and dirt mascara before me. "We can be the end of the world and live forever. My love for you is beyond immortality," I told her before giving a tender kiss. At that exact moment her body slowly became transparent as the sun slowly peeped out behind it's veil. her outline exploding into a bright flash as the world was stripped of all meaning and color. Now people crawl to unknown purproses as the universe decays in black and white majesty. I can't help but feel guilty of these war crimes but sometimes all we can do is sit back and watch beauty die.

Rainbows And Sunflowers

The healthy dog begs to be put down

Black and white world emphasizes bullets

Gunpowder sprinkled on an infinite rose garden

Divine conflagration spiraling up Eden's tree

It's a blemish that pops up every once in a while

Landmine Romance

Remembering next week when tank treads crush our bones
It's the knife that strikes fear within, not the killer itself
We're just naive lovers copulating in a ditch outside the House Of God

The Brittle Dandelion's Last Vision Before Getting Trampled Underfoot

Fuck you all! I'm taking my cannonball and going to the deep end. You'll never stop me. The crows encircle a new moon and pieces of me are in each of their stomachs. Reality cracks to reveal two entities laughed out of Heaven, scarred and burned with stunted thoughts. Lord have mercy on the corner man playing marbles with his own bone marrow and the child who embraces nihilism. The bottle is pointless. The heart is pointless. The cross is pointless. Mr. Denton has broken his glasses on the front line of a personal apocalypse. I can't read the words on these walls with my cerebellum hogging the spotlight. Persistence is futile.

A Bit Closer To Heaven

I remember the snowflake dancing on my neck
Like a figure skater carving death threats in ice
The cold wouldn't faze me, not what I am now
Happiness died on the floor of my home years ago
Crimson jewelry decorated my love, a junkie's catharsis
My child now dreaming green in a tipped-over crib
The world has become as New York City
Frozen in it's own animosity, tainted with noir
Screams of my family pushing toward the final word
A bullet screaming in it's trail to the witch responsible
Maybe I would find solace in the Valhalla of revenge
Maybe I would finally wake up from the American Dream
